아웃룩을 이용하신다면 smtp 서버를 변경하여 발송하실 수 있습니다.
이용하시는 회선망 사이트에 접속하여 smtp 를 제공하고 있지는 않은지
체크하여 보시고, 공개된 smtp 서버로 변경하여 이용을 해보시면 될것입니다
호스팅 서버의 경우, 메일의 이용이 많아, 메일업체쪽에서 종종 차단을
하는 경우가 있으니, 위 방법으로 대처해 보셔도 될것입니다.
gmail.com 등의 공개 pop3/smtp 를 제공하는 곳에 가입하여 이용을 해보실 수
도 있습니다.
