.htaccess 업로드시 Internal Server Error |

특정 ip 를 차단하려고 .htaccess 를
php_flag register_globals on
Order allow, deny
allow from all
deny from 220.181.34.170
이렇게 수정하고 업로드하니
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, morang at wet-ware.net and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error
log.

라면서 접속이 안됩니다.
그래서 .htaccess 에 추가한 내용을 지우고 php_flag register_globals on 만
남긴 후 업로드 했는데 그 이후에도 계속 Internal Server Error 가 나와서 현
재는 .htaccess 를 삭제했습니다
어떻게 해야 하나요?
계정 id는 morang이고 홈페이지는 www.wet-ware.net 입니다
